Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 20+ sectional stage design reviews to validate fabricability, manufacturability, and assemblability of nuclear crane designs.
• Collaborate with Lead/Senior Engineers to assess design models, proposed changes, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear industry standards (e.g., welding execution, quality/traceability protocols, BNFL-aligned requirements).
• Identify risks in fabrication/assembly processes and provide actionable, evidence-based feedback to drive improvements.
• Oversee dimensional accuracy and adherence to safety-critical parameters during design phases.
• Bridge gaps between design intent and practical execution, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Participate in face-to-face reviews with access to 3D crane models and engineering teams.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in large-scale nuclear/industrial projects (e.g., cranes, heavy machinery, regulated environments).
• Expertise in welding standards, design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and nuclear quality/traceability requirements.
