Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end manual testing across complex systems, including mainframe applications
• Write, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans in Zephyr
• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases
• Track defects using JIRA and ensure timely resolution
• Participate in test planning, daily stand-ups, and QA reporting activities
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Key Skills:

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Enterprise Client who are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our client's QA team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented testing professional with strong experience in mainframe testing and hands-on expertise in Zephyr for test management.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across key legacy and enterprise systems.
