Summary: The Manual Tester role involves supporting a large-scale ERP-focused transformation programme, requiring strong business process experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and document test cases across functional and integration testing
- Validate end-to-end business processes across finance, supply chain, payroll, and CRM
- Log, track, and retest defects using modern test management tools
- Work collaboratively within an agile delivery team
- Contribute to test reporting, risk management, and quality assurance activities
Key Skills:
- Hands-on ERP testing experience (eg, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite)
- Exposure to one or more key domains:
- Supply chain/order management
- Invoicing & payments
- Payroll
- CRM processes
- Strong understanding of test case design, functional testing, and defect lifecycle
