Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications across different platforms and devices
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases based on requirements, user stories, or exploratory analysis
- Conduct exploratory testing in the absence of detailed documentation
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing
- Ensure usability, performance, and compatibility across browsers and devices
- Participate in release testing and production validation
- Continuously improve testing processes and coverage
Key Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in manual QA/testing
- Strong experience testing web and mobile applications
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
