What Does a Career in Commercial Real Estate Look Like?
Project Managers are essential to the successful delivery of real estate projects. At Cushman & Wakefield, our Project Management team offers a full range of services, including new builds, refurbishments, occupier fit-outs, and turnkey projects. From the initial stages of project selection and planning through design, procurement, and delivery, our Project Managers ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes developing project briefs, coordinating teams, and overseeing all phases of the project. During your time on the Project Management Pathway, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of project management. This includes attending project meetings, handling contract administration, and supporting efforts to secure new business. As this is a non-rotational pathway, you’ll remain in the same division throughout the internship, allowing you to develop specialised expertise in project management.

Eligibility:
Our Project Management Internship Programme is open to students from all degree disciplines, as we value transferable skills from a variety of fields. You don’t need to be enrolled in a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited course to apply-your interest in commercial real estate is what matters most. However, you must meet the following criteria:
- Expected 2:1 undergraduate degree classification (or equivalent MSc)
- Be in your penultimate year of study. (Please indicate on your application form if you are a final year graduate but booked onto or planning to complete a Master’s next academic year).
- Achieved a Grade C/4 or higher in GCSE Maths and English
