  • Transforming the Early Career Audit Training Model in collaboration with Audit stakeholders.
  • Conducting Learning Needs Analyses to address evolving skills requirements.
  • Managing the transition to the 'Next Gen ACA' qualification and apprenticeship levy changes.
  • Enhancing apprenticeship and qualification offerings through data-driven insights.
  • Facilitating strategic engagement with partners to shape professional education offerings.
  • Building relationships with HR stakeholders to optimize the student experience.
  • Overseeing operational delivery of professional education programmes.
  • Managing relationships with apprenticeship and professional education providers.
  • Representing Deloitte with external professional bodies to influence policy development.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW or ICAS) or equivalent.
