Summary: The Manager Procurement Account for CZ and SK will lead the local procurement function, managing direct reports and providing strategic guidance to optimize product availability, quality, service level, and price. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead local procurement function and manage direct reports.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction for the procurement team.
  • Meet with senior stakeholders to influence business strategy and resource allocation.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable procurement plans.
  • Align local sourcing plans with regional strategies and initiatives.
  • Master complex negotiations and coordinate critical negotiations.
  • Provide visibility during budgeting processes and drive value initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Higher education in business administration, economics, or trade.
  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Diploma from a recognized Procurement Institute is an asset.
  • MBA degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain/commercial functions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
