Summary: The Manager Procurement Account for CZ and SK will lead the local procurement function, managing direct reports while providing strategic guidance to enhance margins and create value for PMI. This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders to align local sourcing plans with regional strategies and to drive complex negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead local procurement function and manage direct reports.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction for the procurement team.
  • Meet with senior stakeholders to influence business strategy and resource allocation.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable procurement plans.
  • Align local sourcing plans with regional initiatives.
  • Master complex negotiations and coordinate critical negotiations.

Key Skills:

  • Higher education in business administration, economics, or trade.

  • At least 7 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain/commercial functions.
