About the team and role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. You will be the bridge between our brand and our Independent Distributors, helping them grow their businesses through creative, high-impact marketing. This is a "hands-on meets strategy" role. You’ll switch between designing assets in Canva and shaping annual strategies , ensuring every project—from product launches to event branding—moves the needle on sales. You will work closely with Distributors and the Field Sales team to translate market needs into actionable plans. You will also be the crucial local voice, influencing regional PR and Corporate Comms to ensure plans resonate in the UK market. Reports to: Senior Distributor Support Manager
In this role you will:
- Lead & Develop: Manage a team of two (Design/Digital/Brand specialists), providing coaching and clear direction.
- Execute Campaigns: Deliver all local marketing initiatives and related assets (including product launches), communications plans and content across the relevant platforms for UK, Ireland, and Iceland.
- Drive Strategy: Use data and KPIs to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives and Distributor business growth.
- Event Marketing: Manage on site branding, expos, theming, and the end-to-end attendee experience for national events and expos.
- Build Relationships: Navigate high-expectation stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver fresh, innovative marketing solutions.
Our requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a marketing role with a track record in content creation, social media, and events.
Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a team.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Reader, and Premiere Pro ; strong PC literacy including PowerPoint.
Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Confident communicator and builder of relationships with management and Distributors alike.
