Summary: The Manager, Channel Marketing will design, develop, and execute a marketing strategy for the EMEA business at Dimensional, aligning with growth goals and supporting sales teams in client engagement. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders to create annual marketing plans and manage relationships with external partners. The position also includes providing marketing support for industry events and leading promotional initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing Dimensional's brand and investment philosophy in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Head of Marketing EMEA and Channel Marketing team, help develop the annual channel marketing plan/s and budgeting based on consultation with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Own the delivery and coordination of the plan and large cross-channel strategic initiatives for EMEA sales groups.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across sales groups to understand the sales, growth, and business development goals and align marketing activity accordingly.
- Serve as a dedicated consultant for sales groups, providing insight and ideas related to how Channel Marketing can assist with business growth challenges.
- Provide marketing support for industry sponsored events for the region, coordinating across external vendors, sales, events, and marketing teams.
- Own and manage the relationships with external partners and vendors that support the delivery of the regional plans.
- Spearhead campaign concepts, key deliverables, promotion plan, and analytics for tracking and recording.
- Lead internal and external promotion of sales and marketing initiatives, identifying creative opportunities to leverage activity across regions and audiences.
- Work with the global marketing team on execution of global campaigns or activity within the region.
- Partner with other regional teams to provide marketing oversight on Channel specific initiatives where there is functional crossover (e.g., events, creative assets, etc.)
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align Channel needs to public presence and brand awareness strategy for paid media activity.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activity and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking.

Teams within the Marketing department work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace. The EMEA Channel Marketing team works to directly support Dimensional’s sales groups’ goal of generating activity with clients and prospects while bringing more awareness to our brand and investment philosophy.
