Management Accountant - The Role

• Month-end procedures including revenue recognition, FX / forex adjustments, cost accounting and contractor postings
• Handle cross-entity invoicing and balance inter-company accounts
• Review payroll summaries and record accurate monthly payroll postings
• Oversee sales invoicing to ensure prompt and accurate billing to clients
• Generate routine financial statements and maintain accounting software records

Management Accountant - The Person

• Experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant position
• Solid understanding of month-end close, reconciliations and management accounts preparation
• Experience within a similar Creative / Marcomms / Media agency is essential
• Advanced Excel proficiency and comfortable navigating complex finance systems
• Practical familiarity with Paprika financial software is preferable
• Exposure to multi-currency or global setups is beneficial
