Summary: The Interim Management Accountant will be responsible for overseeing revenue recognition processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards during a three-month contract. This role includes supporting month-end reporting, analyzing customer contracts, and producing financial reports for stakeholders. The position requires a focus on accurate financial reporting and adherence to relevant accounting frameworks. Flexible working options are available during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to revenue recognition standards, including IFRS 15 or other applicable accounting frameworks.
- Support month-end processes related to revenue, including reconciliations, adjustments, and preparation of accurate financial reports.
- Review customer contracts and advise on revenue-related implications, ensuring financial reporting aligns with contractual terms.
- Produce detailed and accurate revenue-related reports for both internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Key Skills:
- Experience reviewing contracts.
- Production of monthly accounts.
- Ability to deal with incoming finance queries.
