Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting financial planning, budget monitoring and reporting across OneRen
  • Guiding and advising budget holders, senior managers and leadership teams
  • Delivering ad-hoc financial analysis to support organisational initiatives
  • Assisting with Board and Committee financial reports and statutory returns
  • Contributing to the annual accounts process and preparing supporting papers
  • Helping shape OneRen’s revenue budget for the year ahead
  • Working with teams on business plans for new investment and service development
  • Supporting long-term financial planning and corporate initiatives

Job Title: Management Accountant 3-month contract (January Start) Location: Paisley, Renfrewshire / Hybrid Working Salary: £52,700 FTE I’m delighted to be retained once again with OneRen, having supported them through several key hires this year. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, Renfrewshire’s leading charity delivering sport, culture and leisure services across the region. With the hugely successful reopening of Paisley Town Hall this year and the highly anticipated relaunch of the Paisley Museum in 2026, OneRen is experiencing one of its busiest and most transformative periods. They’ve invested significantly in their people, places and programmes and now need an exceptional Management Accountant to support the Finance team through this peak period. This 3-month contract, starting January 2026, is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis across a diverse, mission-driven organisation.

This is a hybrid role (37 hours), with flexible start and finish times, designed to give you balance while keeping you close to the action.
