Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide variance analysis and commentary to senior management.
  • Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Maintain and develop financial models to support business planning.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial drivers and performance.

Key Skills:

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
