Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with IFRS
  • Prepare and review financial statements and statutory reporting requirements
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany balances, and bank reconciliations
  • Oversee management fee calculations and general ledger postings
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  • Ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance
  • Lead audit preparation and act as key contact for internal and external auditors
  • Manage cash flow and identify financial risks and optimisation opportunities
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate cost allocations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, providing financial insight and commentary
  • Contribute to finance transformation and business improvement projects

Key Skills:

  • BCom/BCom Honours with 5+ years’ relevant experience, or ACA with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SUN or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines

About You
