Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with IFRS
- Prepare and review financial statements and statutory reporting requirements
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany balances, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee management fee calculations and general ledger postings
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance
- Lead audit preparation and act as key contact for internal and external auditors
- Manage cash flow and identify financial risks and optimisation opportunities
- Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate cost allocations
- Partner with internal stakeholders, providing financial insight and commentary
- Contribute to finance transformation and business improvement projects
Key Skills:
- BCom/BCom Honours with 5+ years’ relevant experience, or ACA with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SUN or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines

About You
