Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
- Oversee key financial processes for inventory, fixed assets, receivables, and expenses.
- Support period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee FTE and overhead cost management, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records.
- Manage stock and fixed asset reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the new Financial Controller in identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
- Assist in the transition to more automated reporting solutions.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills, including Power Queries.
- Strong analytical ability, with a track record of improving financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in period-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders.
