Summary: The Management Accountant role involves joining a finance team in Livingston on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary
  • Developing operational KPI’s to promote change and expand understanding of cost drivers
  • Managing the WIP to ensure accurate costing forecasts
  • Performing regular balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of forecasts and budgets
  • Reviewing ledgers for the purpose of VAT reporting
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Resilience and accountability in everyday actions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
