Key Skills:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent (QBE candidates with strong experience will be considered)
- Significant experience in a finance office, with a strong background in management accounting and budgeting
- Strong IT skills and proficiency with financial software
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support team success

I am pleased to be supporting an established and prestigious institution in Cambridge. They are looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to join their small and friendly finance team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts
- Monthly journal entries including accruals and prepayments

- Assist with year-end and the statutory audit and accounts

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent (QBE candidates with strong experience will be considered)

Hybrid working is offered - 3 days in office/2 working from home. You will be working full time, Monday to Friday 9-5.
This role is based in Central Cambridge, and due to their central location there is no parking available on site - but they very easily accessible by public transport, and park and ride.
