Summary: The Management Accountant role is a 2-year fixed-term contract focused on managing financial processes within a dynamic Finance team. The position requires strong relationship-building skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, as well as expertise in producing reports and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing regulatory income reports, managing invoicing processes, and supporting audits while ensuring confidentiality and security of information. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement to enhance the Finance team's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production and dissemination of monthly/quarterly regulatory recoverable income reports.
• Lead and manage the invoicing process for regulatory activities.
• Produce and analyze monthly management information packs for decision-making support.
• Lead the transition of charging management data into PowerBI for effective reporting.
• Assist with annual and mid-year charging forecasts and drive improvements in data quality.
• Support the production and audits of Annual Report and Accounts related to cost recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve charging and time-recording issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in charging processes.
• Provide expert advice and support for various projects and represent the Finance team in meetings.

Key Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle SOP.
• Fully or part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting and presenting financial and non-financial data.
• Proven organizational skills to manage a busy workload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
