Your new role As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis across operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll manage core accounting processes, support financial controllers, and lead a team of graduates and trainee accountants. You'll be responsible for producing statutory accounts, monthly management packs, budgets, and forecasts, while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with financial regulations.This is a high-impact role offering early exposure to senior leadership and the chance to shape financial strategy in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

What you'll need to succeed ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified Proven experience managing financial accounts and working with external auditors Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems Experience in a Shared Service environment is desirable. Leadership qualities to coach and develop a high-performing finance team
