- A recognized accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or relevant practice experience.

- Hands-on experience with financial software and outstanding Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with financial software, outstanding Excel skills, and IT proficiency.
- Experience of liaising with external auditors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to delegate, train, and mentor staff.
- Key attributes such as strong analytical, innovative, and decision-making abilities, business acumen, commercial awareness, problem-solving expertise, and the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
