Summary: This role is for a Management Accountant based in Abingdon, offering a three-month contract in a fast-paced finance environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate month-end reporting within a five-day close window.
- Perform detailed reconciliations including bank, stock, and intercompany balances.
- Support improvements to processes and ERP systems during a period of change.
- Assist in maintaining financial control across multi-channel sales, including retail and e-commerce.
- Partner with internal teams to provide financial clarity and ensure smooth handovers.
- Bring rigour to reporting and support the wider finance team in improving performance.
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least one exam remaining.
- Proven experience in management accounting within fast-paced, multi-entity environments.
- Strong reconciliation skills across key financial areas such as stock and intercompany.
- Confident with ERP systems and highly proficient in Excel.
- Able to manage priorities, deliver under pressure and contribute to process improvement.
- Experience in global operations, ideally across US and Asia, is highly desirable.

Supporting a business navigating change, you'll bring structure, pace and financial expertise to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
