Summary: The Management Accountant role is a fixed-term position for 9 months, starting mid-May 2025, based in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, budget preparation, and various financial reconciliations while assisting senior management with systems and process assessments. Candidates should be CIMA/ACCA qualified or QBE, with experience in multi-entity structures and strong communication skills. Interviews will take place in early May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts analysing against budget
• Budget & forecasts preparation
• Balance sheet ownership and analytical review of all balances
• Keep up to date with all costs
• Reconciliation of inter-company balances
• Inter-company recharges
• Monthly Capex reporting and review
• Assistance with group audit
• Produce and Review VAT returns
• Review cashflows for multiple entities
• Manage the expenses system and submissions
• Communication with non-finance stakeholders
• Developing, enhancing, and documenting controls and procedures as required by business growth
• Assisting CFO and Senior Management Accountant with systems and process assessment and adoption
• Integration into new company systems in accordance with current Accounting Standards and legislation
• Other Management Accountant ad hoc duties

Key Skills:
