What You'll Be Doing
- Producing accurate monthly management accounts
- Delivering insightful variance analysis and financial reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance controls
- Supporting finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- QBE or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven management accounting experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
