Summary: The Management Accountant role is integral to enhancing the finance function within a dynamic organization in Doncaster. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts
- Completing P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Producing monthly budget statements and financial performance reports
- Maintaining and updating the fixed asset register
- Assisting with year-end accounts and annual audits
- Driving process improvements and providing financial advice to budget holders
- Ensuring accurate bank reconciliations and financial controls
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar management accounting role
- Ideally part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or working towards a qualification
- Strong financial accounting skills and the ability to interpret variances
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to meet deadlines independently
- A client-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance function and supporting strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts
- Completing P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar management accounting role
Ideally part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or working towards a qualification - Extensive experience also considered!
