Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of period-end management accounts, providing insights on budget variances.
- Ensure timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts.
- Partner with department heads on decision-making, cost control, and support in YEE meetings and board pack commentary.
- Support internal/external audits, Mars G&C processes, and Mars financial submissions (OneStream, HFM).
- Pull together P&L and also support with monthly payroll.
- In the first 3 months, gain a good understanding of how the business operates, work independently, and build networks with stakeholders.
