Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the technical integrity and safe operation of all rotating equipment.
  • Lead the Rotating Engineering Specialist Team.
  • Provide expert guidance for all rotating maintenance operations.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement engineering improvements.
  • Review and optimise preventive maintenance plans and frequencies.
  • Provide reliability support to Maintenance & Reliability teams.
  • Oversee documentation, procedures, safety manuals, and ensure proper archiving.
  • Validate and approve maintenance procedures; ensure correct implementation.
