Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to reactive and pre-planned maintenance service requests within agreed SLA.
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
- Carry out modifications and installations as required.
- Liaise with contractors or external suppliers and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Ensure work is carried out to a high standard of quality and in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Focus on optimum performance, improved efficiencies, and cost reductions.
