Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lead daily pulse meetings, presenting updates on Safety, Quality, Velocity, and Cost metrics.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, including planned maintenance work orders completion within the month, overdue work orders, and scheduling based on equipment criticality metrics.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure timely execution of work orders and allocate resources effectively.
  • Create action plans to address gaps in maintenance performance.
  • Lead ongoing improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Implement Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles within maintenance processes.
  • Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
  • Build and maintain a skills matrix to align competencies with tasks.
  • Create and monitor training plans to upskill team members.
  • Foster engagement through coaching, recognition, and clear communication.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate initiatives such as CQMS/ISO certification.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and eliminating hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
