Scope of Services (Independent Consultancy Role)

This scope defines the independent consultancy services to be delivered by the appointed professional. The Maintenance Engineering Consultant shall provide expert, standalone services to support the integrity, performance, and compliance of offshore cranes and related lifting appliances on a designated offshore asset. The consultant operates entirely independently, determining the manner and method of service delivery. These services are not delivered under the direction or control of the client, beyond the oversight required for safety, quality, and contractual compliance. Any work outside this scope must be formally agreed upon via contract variation.
