Summary: The Maintenance Engineer role at a global manufacturing business involves supporting all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across various site services and production equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Support all PPM and reactive maintenance across site, covering facilities, site services, and production.
- Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Conduct instrumentation calibration.
- Utilize Maximo CMMS systems.
- Handle instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, controls, BMS, power systems, and PLCs.
- Work on boilers, chillers, reactors, pressure and telemetry systems, centrifuges, HVAC, and gas systems.
Key Skills:
- Multi-skilled maintenance engineering experience in instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical.
- Experience with facilities, site services, and production equipment.
- Level 3 qualified or higher in engineering, ideally apprenticeship trained.
- Instrumentation calibration skills.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnostics skills.
- Experience working to ATEX and GMP standards.
- Good computer skills and experience using CMMS systems.
- PLC electrical fault finding is advantageous.

Knowledge, skills and experience required to be a maintenance engineer in the team:
- Ideally be a multi:skilled maintenance engineer : instrumentation, electrical, mechanical
- Previously have worked with facilities, site services and production equipment
- Level 3 qualified or higher in engineering : ideally apprenticeship trained
- Instrumentation calibration skills
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnostics skills
- Ideally have worked to ATEX, GMP standards
- Good computer skills : use of CMMS systems
- PLC : electrical fault finding advantageous
