Key Responsibilities:

- Performing soft benchmarking of current FM service delivery
- Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of the existing delivery model
- Identifying and analysing alternative delivery models
- Producing a clear rationale and strategic recommendation for future service delivery
- Delivering a comprehensive review and analytical report by July 31st, 2025
- Providing a full financial analysis including savings, pressures, and cost estimates
Key Skills:
- Proven consultancy experience in green spaces and grounds maintenance or related FM sectors
- Strong understanding of service delivery contracts and maintenance frameworks
- Outstanding analytical, financial, and strategic reporting skills
- Valid driving licence and own car for site visits
