• Conducting a detailed review of the current green spaces and grounds maintenance contract
• Performing soft benchmarking of current FM service delivery
• Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of the existing delivery model
• Identifying and analysing alternative delivery models
• Producing a clear rationale and strategic recommendation for future service delivery
• Delivering a comprehensive review and analytical report by July 31st, 2025
• Providing a full financial analysis including savings, pressures, and cost estimates

Key Skills:

• Proven consultancy experience in green spaces and grounds maintenance or related FM sectors
• Strong understanding of service delivery contracts and maintenance frameworks
• Outstanding analytical, financial, and strategic reporting skills
• Valid driving licence and own car for site visits
