Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking repairs over the phone
  • Processing repairs & void repairs
  • Assisting with ensuring all cyclical and compliance programmes are delivered on time and within budget
  • Liaising with contractors, addressing any issues and scheduling appointments
  • Providing a weekly progress report on all cyclical and compliance programmes
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly budget and performance reports

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Previous experience working with compliance contracts
  • Knowledge of tenant safety requirements

I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for a fixed term of 12 months. This is a full time role which offers hybrid working of 2 days at home and 3 in the office. You will be providing an efficient repairs service including reactive, planned & cyclical maintenance.

The Main Duties Of The Role Are
