Summary: The Maintenance Assistant role at GRAHAM involves supporting the maintenance of building management equipment and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for clients and engineers. This part-time position is based in Central Belt Scotland and is offered as a fixed-term contract for six months. The ideal candidate will possess a valid UK driver's license and demonstrate professionalism in their interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preventative maintenance on building management equipment.
- Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately.
- Carrying out visual inspections of plant areas.
- Carrying out checks of the Building Management System.
- Carrying out basic water hygiene tasks such as flushing little used outlets and dead legs.
- Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task.
- Liaise closely with the control hub to ensure efficient response to all works.
- Carry out all works within agreed timescales.
- Deal with a variety of Clients on a daily basis, representing the Company professionally.
Key Skills:
- Full Valid UK Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain DBS/PVG.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CSR Card or equivalent skill card (desirable).
- Experience of working within a Healthcare Environment (desirable).
