Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive asset surveys across a wide range of sites nationwide.
- Accurately record, tag, and photograph assets to a professional standard.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Asset Collection Team.
- Collaborate with contract teams to review and validate collected asset data.
- Train and support colleagues and delivery teams in asset collection procedures.
- Interpret site drawings, O&Ms, and BMS systems to ensure complete asset capture.
- Identify and report defects, damage, or maintenance issues during site visits.
- Maintain data integrity through regular backups and adherence to project scope.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, asset lifecycle, and condition monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to lead by example and support team development.
- High standards in data accuracy and documentation.
- Solid understanding of safety practices and compliance.
