Summary: The Maintenance and Parts Administrator role in Crewe involves supporting the coordination of project parts and sampling processes. The position requires collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions and resolve issues during the Pre-Series build phases. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and experience in data management. This is an initial 12-month contract requiring on-site work three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sample parts and submission timelines, ensuring supplier compliance with part submission systems.
- Work with Logistics, Quality, and other areas to address and resolve sampling issues.
- Attend meetings, track sampling progress, and report on the status of parts submissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the system (TEVON) and handle related queries.
- Resolve supplier access issues, handle queries, and manage system submissions as needed.
