Key Responsibilities:
- Basic quote preparation for maintenance contracts
- Preparing pro-forma invoices for payment through Sage 200
- Chasing timesheets and job sheets to ensure timely receipt
- Contacting customers to chase outstanding invoices and quotes
- Entering sales orders for goods, services, and labour
- Scheduling appointments for engineers
- Preparing job packs/calendar appointments for engineer visits
- Costing engineers' time from weekly timesheets to sales orders
- Using Servicelife to record all customer and site history
- Answering phones and responding to emails as required
- Booking hotels for engineers
- Managing van stock and returns
- Other duties as required appropriate to the role
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills
- Organized and accurate with high attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient user of MS Office
