Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic quote preparation for maintenance contracts
  • Preparing pro-forma invoices for payment through Sage 200
  • Chasing timesheets and job sheets to ensure timely receipt
  • Contacting customers to chase outstanding invoices and quotes
  • Entering sales orders for goods, services, and labour
  • Scheduling appointments for engineers
  • Preparing job packs/calendar appointments for engineer visits
  • Costing engineers' time from weekly timesheets to sales orders
  • Using Servicelife to record all customer and site history
  • Answering phones and responding to emails as required
  • Booking hotels for engineers
  • Managing van stock and returns
  • Other duties as required appropriate to the role

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent numeracy and IT skills
  • Organized and accurate with high attention to detail
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient user of MS Office
