Seeking a highly experienced ML Engineer with strong coding and distributed computing skills, specifically in big data frameworks like Spark (and ideally Ray). The candidate should have a proven track record in large-scale deep learning projects and experience with low-latency, Real Time ML and streaming environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define team objectives, focusing on ML architecture and best practices.
• Adapt ML techniques for distributed systems (eg, clusters, GPUs).
• Conduct trade-off analysis, manage technical debt, and lead scalable ML solutions.
• Act as the primary resource for complex production issues involving ML systems.
• Develop scalable classifiers and models and define clear feature roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on code deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Experience in ML, data mining, AI, or similar fields.
• Skilled in large-scale ML model development.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java, Python, or Shell Scripting.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and project ownership.

Preferred: Master's/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience, plus familiarity with large-scale software architecture.
