Summary: The Machine Learning Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and deploying AI/ML models to enhance payment processes for a leading financial technology company. This position requires expertise in real-time data science applications and a strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and support automation efforts. The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension, requiring on-site presence two days a week in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to improve efficiency and security in payment processes.
- Optimize the ML lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration from development to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance live systems and support automation efforts.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in AI/ML model deployment processes and a strong understanding of the ML life cycle.
- Experience in real-time data science applications.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps, especially in supporting and improving production systems.
- Strong familiarity with web server and API designs for ML model deployments.
- Proficient Python skills, including experience with relevant data libraries.
- Cloud engineering experience, particularly with AWS and Databricks.
- Exposure to GenAI/NLP, MLflow, Jenkins, workflow automation, AutoML, unit testing, and model.
