Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bespoke AI/ML algorithms for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Navigation Systems.
- Collaborate with a team of data science and AI experts to solve complex challenges in radar and sonar signal processing.
- Utilize programming skills in C/C++, Python, and VHDL/Verilog for FPGA programming.
- Conduct radar system design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Implement machine learning techniques and utilize data science libraries for deployment and scalability.
- Engage in quantitative research and contribute to academic publications and conference presentations.
- Manage customer-facing roles or project management tasks as needed.
Key Skills:
- British National with Central Government SC Clearance.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, VHDL/Verilog, and radar simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
- In-depth knowledge of radar principles and signal processing algorithms.
- Experience in radar system design and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with machine learning domains such as NLP, Bayesian inference, and deep learning.
- Experience with data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn) and MLOps tools.
- Strong mathematical reasoning and understanding of statistical tests and probability.
