Summary: The role of Interim M365 Project Manager involves leading a Microsoft 365 transformation programme within an NHS organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 projects across the organisation
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and governance processes
- Deliver M365 initiatives including: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune / Endpoint Management, Teams Telephony
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and third-party delivery partners
- Engage with senior NHS stakeholders including Digital, Clinical, Operational, and Executive teams
- Support user adoption, training, and change management activities
- Ensure projects align with NHS digital strategies, IG requirements, and cyber security standards
- Manage risks, dependencies, and reporting into programme boards
- Support migration and rollout activities across multiple sites/services
- Work collaboratively with infrastructure, cyber, and service delivery teams
