Freelance Technical Services Manager - Leamington Spa

Our client have secured a £10M D & B cut and carve project in Leamington Spa.

The business do not have the internal capacity from a TSM basis and require one for this project.

Contract duration t will be circa 38 weeks, likely to start beginning of June 2025.

The scope of works include a new facade, some internal structural alterations and fit out to CAT B standard of 3 floors, totaling circa 70,000 sq ft.

Working with the proposed M & E Contractor ensuring everything is allowed for and captured, review the design, manage contractors through to commissioning.

Scope of work, to include upgrading to domestic heating, changes to capital plant and new BMS along with electrical,

Ideally looking for a strong candidate that can commute on a daily basis, reporting into a site based Project Manager with a dotted line and support for the Head of Services.

The individual will need to posses good communication skills, strong IT ability and take ownership of management of these packages.

Payment via a day rate - to be discussed upon application - however the client are not penny pinchers.
