M & E Manager

Summary: The role of Freelance Technical Services Manager involves overseeing a £10M design and build project in Leamington Spa, focusing on a new façade and internal alterations across three floors. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the £10M cut and carve project in Leamington Spa.
• Manage the design and construction of a new façade and internal structural alterations.
• Coordinate with the M&E Contractor to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Review designs and manage contractors through to commissioning.
• Implement upgrades to domestic heating and changes to capital plant.
• Oversee the installation of new BMS and electrical systems.
• Report to the site-based Project Manager and support the Head of Services.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and take ownership of management packages.
