Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all M&E construction activities on site
  • Coordinate M&E subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with regulations and project standards
  • Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions
  • Identify risks, issues, and clashes, driving timely resolution
  • Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and security requirements
  • Liaise with client representatives, project managers, and design teams
  • Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Construction Manager on large-scale or complex projects
  • Strong background in managing both mechanical and electrical packages
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of health & safety and construction regulations
  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Sole British National (mandatory for clearance)
