Summary: This role is for a Client Side Project Manager within the Construction Projects team for a major Data Centre owner/operator. The position involves managing various building services schemes across multiple sites, focusing on technical services experience in BMS, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals while working independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management and oversight of build and retrofitting activities related to existing infrastructure.
• Ownership of project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide project management for initiatives aimed at increasing data center resiliency.
• Review construction/project package drawings.
• Create project scope, requests for proposals, and capital requests.
• Ensure total project quality through commissioning plan creation and oversight.
• Record and report key metrics to team members and management.
• Operational support including review of procedures and maintenance initiatives.
• Drive troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis for equipment or electrical failures.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for efficient project turnovers.
• Lead within the group and support internal and external teams.

Key Skills:

• Experience in M&E (Building Services) project management.
• Technical knowledge in BMS, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.
