Summary: This role is for an M&A Programme Manager specializing in M365, IAM, and Infrastructure, responsible for overseeing the integration of newly acquired businesses into the existing IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and transition of IT infrastructure for newly acquired businesses.
- Manage M365 integration and separation programs.
- Build and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and milestones.
- Conduct planning and due diligence for M&A and cutover projects.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMP.

- Experience in Due Diligence.

This is an exceptional M&A Programme Manager contract opportunity to join a leading tech company.
The M&A Programme Manager contract is Hybrid with 3 days a week on site in central London the other days working from home. Therefore, you must be based at a commutable distance.
The M&A Programme Manager role is Outside IR35.
As M&A Programme Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and transition of IT Infrastructure of newly acquired businesses onto the company's existing infrastructure. As M&A Programme Manager a proven track record overseeing M365 integration and separation programmes is essential as is in depth M365, Azure, AIM experience. A proven track record building and maintaining programme plans, RAID, logs milestone etc is essential as is the planning and due diligence to M&A and cutover projects from the early planning stages. Prinice2, PMP or similar certifications are required.
