Summary: The M&A Programme Manager will lead the integration of two businesses within a leading insurance company on an initial 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cross-functional integration teams across business, technology, and risk functions to deliver the combined target operating model.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading complex M&A integration programmes, ideally managing the end-to-end process from deal close through to full operational integration.
