Summary: The M&A Programme Manager will lead the integration of two businesses within a leading insurance company on an initial 6-month contract. This role involves managing a complex transformation programme, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders, and overseeing cross-functional teams. The position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate. Experience in M&A integration within the insurance sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end integration programme, coordinating multiple workstreams across operations, technology, underwriting, and claims.
- Direct programme governance, planning, and delivery for a complex transformation, ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders including the C-suite and functional leadership.
- Manage cross-functional integration teams across business, technology, and risk functions to deliver the combined target operating model.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading complex M&A integration programmes, ideally managing the end-to-end process from deal close through to full operational integration.
- Strong programme and transformation management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across operations, technology, finance, underwriting, claims, and risk.
- Experience within insurance organisations is preferred.
