Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development across multi-product womenswear ranges
- Work closely with Design, Buying and Technical teams to translate concepts into production-ready garments
- Liaise with overseas factories and suppliers on sampling, costings and timelines
- Track and manage the critical path to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate cost prices and support margin targets
- Oversee fittings and sample approvals
- Resolve development and production issues proactively

- Proven experience in womenswear product development within a fast-paced fashion environment
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication and sourcing
- Confident working with overseas suppliers
- Commercially aware with strong costing experience

A globally recognised fashion business is seeking an experienced Womenswear Product Developer to join the team on an immediate-start temporary contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the development of commercially driven collections across multiple womenswear categories. You will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle from concept through to bulk production, ensuring quality, margin and critical path deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
