Summary: The role of Lotus Notes / Power Automate Developer involves supporting existing Lotus Notes applications and developing new Power Apps applications for a 6-month contract based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement. The position requires integration with Microsoft services and adherence to best practices in application development. The developer will also provide ongoing technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supporting the remaining applications in Lotus Notes (HCL notes)
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps applications
  • Integrate Power Apps applications with Microsoft services such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Utilize Common Data Service (CDS) or other data sources to efficiently manage and store application data
  • Build and maintain plugins & PCF for PowerApps
  • Implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power Apps development to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Diagnose and resolve issues and bugs in applications, providing ongoing technical support and maintenance
  • Assist in creating comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams on Power Platform projects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Follow the Development Teams "Change Management Control procedures" to get proper and appropriate approvals prior to production updates
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical people
  • Critically analyse designs and code, and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain good time-keeping

Key Skills:
