Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Lotus Notes Engineer.
This role requires someone to use an FCSA umbrella company.
Project:
Programmatically identify where there may be redundant data held on Lotus Notes.
Skills needed:
* Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino including strong skills in Lotus Script and PowerShell
* Programmatically interrogate around 1000 Shared Mailboxes and 200 Databases to identify where 2 million people are mentioned. The people need to be identified by name and a unique identifier. There is no standard format to how data is stored in the Mailboxes \ Databases so will need to cope with different formats \ language ( e.g unique identifier may be called different things ). The data could also be held in attachments and not natively in Notes.
* Produce the output into a format that can be analyzed by a business analyst
* Programmatically delete the records identified as needing deleted
